Managing Prices
Once a product price has been created, open the Price Record to manage price details and customize price settings.
To open the Price Record:
- Navigate to the Product Record. Products in the system can include events, memberships, merchandise, and more. Anything that can be sold in the system may be considered a product.
- Click the Prices tab.
- Select the Prices menu option.
- Locate the desired price under the Active Prices or Inactive Prices tab.
- Click the Edit button next to the price to open the Price Profile.
Options under the Price Record are located under two tabs: Details and Setup. Staff can take several actions in the Price Record, including:
- Applying Price Attributes
- Configuring the Price Split
- Deactivate the Price
- Setting the Price as Deferred
- Setting a Price as Taxable
- Prorating Prices
- Requiring Payment Approval for the Price
- Allowing Non-Staff Access to the Bill-Me Payment Option
- Allowing Users to Pay a Price by Installments
- Configuring Price Display Options
